Aliases are alternate names for an asset. They help OENT recognize the same asset when it appears under different names in your writing.
Use aliases for nicknames, titles, shortened names, married names, code names, place variants, or different spellings.
For example, Cinderella might also be recognized as Ella. A character might appear as The Prince, Prince Kit, or Christopher.
The primary alias is the asset's main display name. Rename the primary name when you want the asset itself to appear under a different name.
