Asset Description

The Description tab is where you write freeform notes about an asset.

Use descriptions for flexible notes

Use descriptions for character background, location details, item history, faction rules, worldbuilding notes, or any information that does not fit cleanly into attributes.

Edit a description

1. Open the asset.
2. Select Description in the asset details panel.
3. Write or revise the notes.

Use descriptions with attributes

Use attributes for structured data you want to compare across many assets. Use descriptions for longer notes and context.
